...simple is delicious...

The Blue Pea Flower is traditionally used as a natural food dye in Nyonya cuisine... Nyonya cooking is an integral part of my culture, and so I’ve borrowed the idea as the inspiration behind the name of my project to share my passion for baking and cooking with you.

My philosophy on baking is pretty straightfoward - keep it simple, use good and fresh ingredients, no fuss about the deco and execute it well... hence my motto "simple is delicious" :)
